Our estate grown Grüner Veltliner presents the classic freshness and food friendliness expected of this Austrian varietal, while conveying our own unique Appalachian terroir.

Tasting Notes: citrus zest, honey, ginger, white pepper

Food Pairings:  Grüner pairs well with almost anything! But try with fried chicken, seafood, and bitter green salads.

100% Barrel Fermented Chardonel, a sustainable hybrid grape of Chardonnay. Ages 10-12 Months in new oak. A delicious, creamy & robust white!

Food Pairings:  A structured white, Enotah can stand up well with rich creamy cheeses, creamy soups, roasted pork, and savory pies.

Our Seyval Blanc, a sustainable French-American Hybrid, is one of the first varieties of grapes that we planted in 1995 at the founding of Crane Creek. A hearty grape in the field, it produces an irresistible dry white with mouthwatering acidity.

Tasting Notes: lemongrass, grapefruit, passionfruit

Food Pairings:  Very versatile, but lends itself well to seafood; ceviche, green curry with shrimp

A hybrid of Gewürztraminer, Traminette is delicious grape with rich golden-brown coloring, and distinctively floral aromatics. Our single varietal Traminette is vinted off-dry.

Food Pairings: The botanical notes and subtle sweetness marry well with sweet and spicy dishes; Indian curries, pork carnitas, orange chicken

Vidal Blanc is a hybrid of the Italian grape variety, Trebbiano. Our single varietal Vidal is a mellow vino with moderate acidity, finishing off-dry. The perfect choice for casual sipping and grazing.

Tasting Notes: honeydew, grapefruit, green pineapple, seashell

Food Pairings: Snacks and appetizers are always a good go-to; potato chips, salty cured meats, fruit salad.

Mountain Harvest White is an easy-going fruit-driven blend of Seyval Blanc and Vidal Blanc, vinted semi-sweet. This ultra-approachable white is perfect for apps and front porch sitting.
