What are your offerings at the tasting room(s)?
At both the Farmhouse Market and the Stone House Tasting Room we offer Tasting Flights– a choice of any four wines with tasting notes. All tasting flights are first come first serve, so we do not take reservations. When you arrive our tasting room staff will help guide you through our offerings to make your selections. We also sell wine by the glass, by the bottle, and by the case in both locations.
The Farmhouse Market tasting room is a rustic Appalachian Farmhouse (built in 1886) nestled underneath giant oaks and willows. It has a casual family-friendly atmosphere, lots of lawn & deck space, and an amazing boutique gift shop. Guests also have access to the covered Farmhouse pavilion, and the Farmhouse lawns as designated picnic areas.
The Stone House Tasting room sits atop the highest point of the vineyard with views of the mountain ridgeline from its spacious rock terrace. It also serves as the venue for many of our private events.
Do you allow outside food on the premises?
We do not allow outside food at the Stone House Tasting Room.
However, we do have designated picnic areas at the Farmhouse Market where guests are welcome to bring their own lunches & snacks– both on the Farmhouse lawn and the Farmhouse pavilion.
We also have a large variety of delicious gourmet cheeses and tasty snacks available for purchase at both the Stone House Tasting Room and the Farmhouse Market which we encourage our guests to indulge in! Paris & Company also offers an onsite dining option for patrons. Please visit their website for specifics on hours and offerings.
Please note: If you are interested in hosting a special event or gathering, please contact us at events@cranecreekvineyards.com to do so ahead of time. We do not have the resources to support events without prior scheduling. We would be happy to help you book an amazing event! We define a “special event” to be a gathering of 8 or more people. Please reach out to us with inquiries, questions, or concerns.
Do you allow outside alcohol on the premises?
No. In fact, our licensing prohibits this and we can get in trouble if you are found on property with outside alcohol, so please don’t do it!
Are children allowed?
Yes, well supervised children are welcome!
While they are allowed at all Crane Creek venues, please note that there is more space for kids to run around/enjoy themselves at the Farmhouse Market. There is plenty of lawn space, and a bocce ball court!
Are dogs allowed?
Yes! Bring on your furry friends!
Please note that dogs must remain on leash at all times, and we do have one older vineyard dog who roams the property from time to time. He is very well socialized and probably won’t bother your dog, but just be aware!
While dogs are allowed at the Stone House Tasting Room, there is more open outdoor space to enjoy with your dog at the Farmhouse Market.
Are your wines vegan/gluten free?
Yes!
Do you have live music?
Yes! We have live music on most Friday nights, as well as many Saturdays. Check out the current schedule of upcoming events here
What is your policy on weapons/firearms?
We prohibit civilian patrons from carrying firearms/ weapons on vineyard property. Only licensed law enforcement officers on duty are permitted to carry weapons.
