Apfelwein

Crane Creek's 3rd release of an apple wine! This light wine is tart with wonderful zests of apple throughout. It is made in a German style, bringing a little bit of Bavaria right here to the North Georgia Mountains! We suggest you serve it slightly chilled, to emphasize its fresh fruit flavors and tart balance.

Food pairings: Pairs well with apple cider braised pork, gouda macaroni and cheese, and fresh green salads with apples and raisins.
Zusa

Zusammengeschmolzen, German for combined, blended fused. A Teutonic blend of the Northern European varieties, Gruner Veltliner, Riesling, and Traminette. A wonderfully classic, wine... Cool, crisp, and clean with hints of citrus and melon. Zusa is perfect for the "Dog Days" of summer!

Awards:
2016 Bronze Medal for Bronze Winner at the 2016 San Francisco Chronicle Wine Competition.

Food pairings: Caesar Salad, Salmon and Trout dishes.
Traminette

A cross between a French American Hybrid Joannes Seyval and the German Vitis vinifera cultivar Gewürztraminer ( geh-VERTZ-trah-mee-ner) ) Medium bodied with refreshing, juicy, zippy acidity balancing bright flavors of spice followed by mouth watering minerality.

Food pairings: Delicious as an apéritif or with seafood, shellfish, chicken or turkey
Seyval Blanc

(a French Hybrid grape) Pale yellow in color, our crisp dry version has minimal amount of acidity that supports the flavor. The palate is expressive with stone fruit and citrus flavors that linger through a clear polished finish.

Awards:
Silver Winner at the 2016 San Francisco Chronicle Wine Competition.

Silver medal, 2012 San Francisco Chronicle Wine Competition

Food pairings: Serve with something opulent and fresh like seared scallops.
Enotah White

2010 Chardonel (a cross between Seyval and Chardonnay). "Une Bouché de Beurre" - refers to the richness of this Chardonel vintage. Aromas of apple and vanilla, with flavors of tropical fruit, toast, smoke and butter. Exceptionally well-integrated wood and rich buttery finish. Medium to full bodied. Aging potentiality 2-3 years.

Awards:
Bronze medal, 2012 Finger Lakes International Competition

Food pairings:Pairs well with heavier seafood dishes, creamy pasta and gouda cheese
Vidal Blanc

(an inter-specific hybrid variety, a cross of Ugni Blanc and Rayon d'Or). We find this vintage to be a crisp wine, without wood aging, and to be very clean with tree fruit and resinous notes that include flavors of pineapple, grapefruit, melon, and pears. It has a medium acid level; therefore some residual sugar was left to balance with the acid so that the wine does not taste too tart.

Food pairings: Oysters, shrimp, and chicken
Mountain Harvest White

Evokes a walk through an orchard in late summer. Luscious sweet pear, peach retaining the crisp sweet tart quality of ripening fruit just before harvest.

Food pairings: Fruit and cheese, especially brie or camembert
